I was asked about my religon, later found out it was illegal to ask due to discrimination. I found out two weeks later that I was not successful. I am upset as I wanted to help the prisoners, and I now assume that the company is racist against certain religous groups

1. 5 hour psychometric test - there was maths involved (timed) however most of it is multiple choice (not timed). Half way through they sent over 10 people home. There was about 25 of us in the room. You sit on your own computer and complete the questions. If you pass then you get to book an interview. You will be notified via email. Took about 2 weeks. 2. Interview process took approx 45 min 3. Medical and Fitness assessment if you pass the interview
