A few phone interviews and then an in person interview with two assistants. Typical questions to get to know you, your work style, your goals, and your interests within the industry. They’re looking for people who really want it and have lofty goals in the industry.

First round through an AI platform, video questions. Less than 30 minutes. Afterwards, came a meeting with HR/recruiter, it was online through zoom. Very friendly, chatted about the position, the culture, previous experience. Afterwards connected with a coordinator to schedule an interview in person. There was then an in person meeting with two coordinators at the Gersh offices. Pretty fast process.
