I applied online. I interviewed at The Giles School (Stevenage, England)
Interview
Arrived early and warmly greeted by several staff. Interview began with a tour of the school where I was asked to not speak to the staff and students. Afterward, we met in the office for some questions for about 40 minutes followed by an unexpected 1 hour-long written task. I was not previously made aware that the process would be over 2 hours long. During the interview, I was asked two inappropriate questions, including my age and whether I had children. At one point, the Headteacher told me that they like to give these support staff roles to people with children so that 'the mum's can have time off with their kids at half term' as the role was term time only.

Question 1
How do you handle multiple tasks in a busy environment?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Giles School (North York, ON) in Jan 2017
Interview
It went on a friendly basis, questions were in regards to the job description, experience and qualifications. no promises for an increase even with high performance. sometimes asked to do some other tasks that are not related to the job description.
