Remote conversation with Head of HR. She was through, clear and sent a break down of question themes well ahead of our scheduled appointment. The atmosphere set was professional but open and relaxed. I felt comfortable asking questions and was able to gain a good insight into how the company operates and what would be expected of me in the role.

Simple Linkedin application and then screening and then full 1.5hr interview. Overall good experience. It did seem the role evolved as I went through each stage which was a little disconcerting
I applied to a job post from Linkedin, after that I had a short HR video call. The Hr was fine, tipical questions about experience, behavioral questions etc. Not answer after that :)
