We're sorry you had a negative experience when coming for an interview at Goat - this is never the experience we want people to have when they touch the company in any way.
We continue to believe that giving interviewees a task who are looking to come into the campaign team area of the business is the best way for us to quickly work out if they are cut out for the role. This is a multiple stage testing scheme which is done on paper and can quickly be marked by the trained interviewers because they know exactly what they're looking for. The test is also designed not just for the answers but also how the candidate handles the briefs and breaks them down.
Lastly, the company was not set up by a bunch of gap year friends so we aren't really sure where that claim comes from?
