"The process began with a phone interview with the school owner while I was at home. He then scheduled me for an official in-person interview at the school location. However, when I arrived at the office, the two on-site supervisors had no idea the owner had scheduled my appointment. Despite the confusion, one of the supervisors stepped in, conducted the interview in her boss's office, and gave me a tour of the school during nap time."
