Interview
Had a phone screening with a recruiter, a zoom interview with the team manager and then another zoom interview with the lead team member. Received an offer over the phone with the original recruiter. Somewhere throughout the process I had to submit an assignment of mock customer service responses to gauge how I'd interact with customers.

Had 3 interviews, very laid back. First was on the phone, second was with hiring manager, third was with hiring manager and others. They were very responsive and I heard back within a week between each stage.
