The Grounds Guys interview questions

A decent interview process, with respectful and open communication which I found to be a good thing. They want to see if you can be someone they can rely on and someone who is adaptable in the workplace.

The interview was very relaxed and engaging. I felt like I really got to know the owners and their philosophy of providing top-notch lawn and landscaping services. It ran a little long because we got to chatting about all kinds of things.
