The process took quite a while, one could apply directly, I however decided to apply first for the Business Course. The process for this was a first round with, Cover letter and resume, then a second round with online assesment, third round with a case (performance review with an actor) and an interview with mangement and HR. The Business course itself functioned as another round as only a limited amount of participants was allowed to apply for the traineeship. Next were two additional rounds of interviews and lastly a external psychological assesment.
