Met with the general manager and discussed my previous restaurant experience. They hired me right on the spot since I was currently working as a server anyways. Very friendly and optimistic.

Extremely easy. This restaurant has a high turnover, and they hired me on the spot. I did like that I was interviewed by a female manager, however she left the company not long after, as did all other female management at this location.
normal interview setting, where you talk to both the General manager and assistant general manager. simple questions and really looking to see if you fit in with the team. great experience
