I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at The Hartford (Charlotte, NC) in Dec 2017
Interview
The interview process was a “speed interview” with behavioral based questions. The “tell me of a time when....” or “give me an example of a situation when you...” type of questions. You come into a room and have seat with your name in front of you and the managers (I think it was 11 for my interview) all come around and ask you a behavioral based question. They take a few notes and grade you then and there. Don’t be afraid. It was pretty quick and painless lol. I had an amazing recruiter named Shari and she helped me prep for my interview. She told me to just be myself and smoke because I already had the skills. She made me feel super relaxed and at ease. The speed interview was maybe 25 minutes and then we went back to the conference room (we started in the conference room listening to a typical phone call from a small business owner) to go over benefits and to ask any questions. It took maybe all of an hour for the entire process. We were told that we would know something within 24 hours and I got a call from Shari the next morning around 0900.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me of a time when you went stepped outside of the box at work and what were the end results?
Very easy, laid-back interview. The recruiter was very easy to talk to and sent information to me about the company so that I would know more important information before speaking to the hiring manager.

Short and straight to the point. Very interested in how I would handle day to day responsibilities and how my background knowledge would come into play. Experience seemed to impress them.
