Pretty informal through first steps. Very nice employees. Straightforward. Had several conversations with management and one with HR. Seemed like competitive compensation and good working environment. Offered flexibility. Pretty informal overall.

General experience, book size, development. I asked questions about team and working environment. Seemed like competitive salary options in line with competition. Seemed flexible and management seemed they would not micro manage. Seemed like overall good company and decent opportunity.
I had three friendly interviews. The hiring process was quick. I met with the recruiter, direct manager and their manager. I started less than a month after my initial interview. I tried to negotiate salary but was not successful.

Straight forward interview. They are open about their expectations regarding their current hybrid set up. You must to go the officee 3 days a week. Opportunity to meet your actual colleagues during the interview process.
