Initial Phone screen with recruiter that went over your experience and other behavioral questions. Invited to technical interview that lasted 1 hour and was fair to new graduates. After the initial phone screen/behavioral, about 3 weeks. Amazing interviewers and recruiter

Interview
Very easy process, it was a short HR behavioral interview to start, followed by a technical interview a week later. After that was an offer. The technical interview was asking some questions on OOP and there were 2 programming questions, mostly trying to understand your thought process instead of grading for accuracy

What is the difference between an interface and an abstract class
Had a phone interview where I was asked about my projects and resume and what interested me in applying to The Hartford. Then received a coding assessment. Sadly, I did not get past the coding assessment.
