The Hartford Associate Data Engineer - Tech Catalyst Program interview questions

The recruiter reached out to me to apply for the position, and quickly after applying was emailed to schedule a phone screen. Screen seemed to go very well, recruiter expressed interest in a follow up. Recruiter volunteered information that I would get a follow up email regarding potential next steps within 5 days, and I never heard back anything either way. I emailed the recruiter several times asking for updates only to be completely ignored. Very odd and frustrating.
