Typical interview process - 30 min phone screening with a recruiter. She passed my info on to the hiring team. Had an in-person interview with a team manager & accounting manager. All employees that I interacted with were very personable & seemed to enjoy their work. It was implied that they were looking to make a decision quickly; but it took nearly 3 weeks to hear back after the in person interview. The reply was a generic "While your experience is impressive, we are going with someone more aligned with our needs," message. I requested feedback & was only given the same generic response again. However 3 weeks later, the job is still being reposted weekly.
