Interviewed on-site over a period of two days. First day was a tour of the Hershey Complex and dinner. Next day was four break-out sessions and then one interview with two Hershey representatives. The interview was all behavioral, and they specifically want your answers in STAR Format. Also, they are very interested in what YOU did, not what your team did, when you answer questions. Lastly, we then gave a case presentation.
