The Highlands School(MD) interview questions

I applied by emailing my resume. I initially expected a phone interview, but during the communications it was clear that the first step was an in-person interview. I didn't care for this since I feel like an initial phone screen benefits both parties. Anyway, I came in on a really hot day and was pleased to find that the building was not very old and had AC, unlike many schools. I interviewed with the head of the school and another staff person. They were both very pleasant and I learned a lot about the school.
