Very slow process, wasn't extended an offer but would have likely declined based on the assumed over management of the hiring process. Started with a recruiter call, followed by an additional recruiter call after about 2 weeks. Communication was fair at best, was constantly told someone would reach out in the next couple of days which was never shorter than 6 days. Spoke with a Regional sales manager whom started the interview very directly by saying "So you think you want to work for Hillman; why?" 2 weeks later I am again told someone would reach out for next steps in a couple days. Again, about 10 days later I receive a phone call from someone to set up an interview a few days later. Ultimately, about a 3 month process and an honest 5 to 6 hours of my time.
