Interview
Strange process. 30 minutes to give detailed answers to around 8 questions around key competencies. I don't think they score them accurately either. One of them, "IT Skills", they asked me my proficiency with MS Office. I explained how I scored above 90% in every MS Office exam in the ICDL, build websites on the side, and fix server and network outages in my current role. Somehow I only scored 70% in IT competency. I asked where I lost the 30% and was ignored.
Other metrics were similarly skewed, despite me giving clear examples of my competency in them. I wouldn't be surprised if the interview was a formality and the metrics are more to have something on paper than something to truly consider.

I had to complete a written exercise first, which was clear and manageable. The panel was very professional, polite, and welcoming. The questions were fair, relevant, and easy to understand. Overall, the process felt respectful and well-organised.

Feedback regarding interview experience. The atmosphere felt more like an audition for the X Factor with three judges scrutinizing every move, making it extremely uncomfortable, rigid, and high-tension in your end, leading to fail. No interest in your previous experiences, decision to get the post or not, it is based just on competency questions they asked and what you answered. As candidate with a different background experience, in my opinion it also appears this body company is not open to diversity, despite advertising being Diversity Awards winners. If this is indicative of what it's like to work at this place, it's definitely not a fit to work in such environment.
