Interview
The hiring process took just under two weeks. I was contacted by a recruiter who saw my resume online. From there I had a call with a local senior manager for the company and was invited in for an interview. They served lunch in the office, which was nice. Overall the process was organized and painless.

Question 1
The question that surprised me most was "what makes you happiest when doing your job?" It was refreshing and gave me a glimpse into the family-feel of the company.
