There is no written interview, it's online only. You have to type in answers to questions they ask when it comes to tech and you are good to go. This is better than other organizations.

The interview process is pretty good overall, as they thoroughly check your grammar and language basics. This ensures that your writing is clear, accurate, and effectively communicates your thoughts. Also, it is not very long.
