I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at The Information Lab (London, England)
Interview
One video interview followed by an in person interview. For both you are required to present your visualisations (one personal, one based on a random data set they give you).

What is the difference between a consultant and analyst?
I applied online. I interviewed at The Information Lab
Interview
I presented a Tableau dashboard I had prepared for the interview and then answered a few questions about myself, my experience learning Tableau, and the field of consulting. The whole interview lasted half an hour.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at The Information Lab (London, England) in Jul 2020
Interview
To apply for the job, you are expected to put in the work to learn a new software (Tableau) and create a visualisation from a dataset of your choice. Then you are invited to a "phone" interview with the head coach - it's actually a video interview. Then you're invited to the second stage interview ( or the early interview). This was an hour long video interview with 6 interviewers and you are also expected to create a viz within 1.5 week of receiving a dataset from the dataschool. Then the final interview, where you receive another dataset from them and create a viz in less than a week. Make sure you send it to the dataschool for feedback - they will point it out if you didn't; but if you did ask for feedback and they didn't reply, is it really your fault? They also don't take into account that you might not know the topic of the dataset at all and therefore needed to spend extra time doing your research - unfair but not to them.
