2 interviews with Global Operations and with another CSM. I am extremely disappointed with my experience interviewing with this company. After several rounds of interviews, they both completely stopped communicating with me. I had invested time and effort preparing for each interview and followed up multiple times for feedback, but I was met with silence. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Candidates deserve transparency and respect, even if they are not selected for the role. Ghosting candidates reflects poorly on the company’s values and overall culture. I would caution others to be mindful of their time when engaging with this organization.
