I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at The Investment Administration Solution (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2017
Interview
Typing test and excel test come first. The accuracy and the time completed the two tests matter. There will be an actual interview with the supervisor and the HR after the tests. They simply ask one or two questions. They will tell you what will you be doing.

Not too many questions.. there is a speed typing test before the actual interview and they also require an official/unofficial transcript. once you apply, they get back to you really fast, which is unfortunate since its co-op.
