I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Italian Oven
Interview
Interviewed here a few years ago. Super welcoming and kind staff to help you find your way. They only do in person interviews and you have to fill out an application there, but it’s not intimidating at all.

Question 1
Schedule, previous experience, what you’re looking for
I applied in-person. I interviewed at The Italian Oven (Austell, GA) in Jul 2014
Interview
The interview process was great. They're always hiring which is usually a bad sign in any industry, but Brent the GM and Jim the owner were both pretty straight forward and honest.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at The Italian Oven (Mount Pleasant, MI)
Interview
Simple process! At the time, the IO was conducting open interviews every Wednesday. I went in on a Wednesday, interviewed with the GM (who I instantly liked), and then recieved a call for a 2nd interview the following week. 2nd interview was with the front of house manager, and she hired me immediately after the interview was over. I was training within a week of that.
