There was a questionnaire to fill out before the actual interview. After that they schedule an in-person interview, where you go through an intake process. They review your resume and see if you have skills that match what their clients are currently looking for.

Interview
The recruiter sent me questions in advance of the interview. The interview process lasted about 3 hours and included taking Word and Excel test. The staff were all very friendly.
