I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at The Johns Hopkins University in May 2019
Interview
Had three interviews- phone talk with the PI, then a skype presentation of my graduate work, followed by a two day in person interview. Nothing out of the ordinary, lots of questions about my past research and future plans. I was asked to come up with a tentative research project which fit with the lab's goals. This was not unexpected but was a bit stressful. Everyone was nice but a little intense.
Great interview process. I gave a job talk. Interview questions are in line with my interests and interviewers were well informed and prepared. Overall I think it was a very good experience.

Question 1
Where would you like to be in your career in 10 years?
Initially, I had a phone interview with the employer and I was selected for the next round. The interview was conducted remotely. I have to give 30 min power point presentation. Overall, the interview process was smooth and well-planned.
I gave a research presentation in the lab meeting and then talked to every lab member to understand their projects. After the official interview, I also had dinner with them.
