Interview
The interview process at The Joy Club is incredibly thorough and professional. A screening by the recruiter, an initial interview, a task and finally a 30 minute chat to see if you are a good culture fit for the organisation.
I have had many interviews and run many interview processes in my life and definitely feel this is the best one I've been involved in.
The thing I liked the most was that there was a lot of opportunities to ask about the ambitions of the business. It can be a huge decision to move jobs and having the chance to ask questions is so important.
