I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at The Junto Institute (Chicago, IL) in May 2018
Interview
Made it to first round (out of three total interviews) only—was interviewed by one individual: Program Manager. She took active notes and recorded our video conference, but prefaced me on what she was doing. Brief interview, just 15 min. exactly. Gave me space to ask a few questions, but could tell that she was antsy to have me ask only 1-2 questions that opted for brief responses due to constructive time limit. She seemed genuine and attentive; more casual setting than formal.

Question 1
Choose between the following: Word document or spreadsheets? Be original and wrong, or be unoriginal and right?

Interview
After I applied online, I had a 20-30 minute video interview with one of the partners. After that I had a second interview with both partners which lasted approximately an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. They asked me some really interesting questions in more of a conversation format rather than an interview. The last part of the process was the entire team took me to lunch and it was more of a conversation again rather than an interview.
