Interview
The interview was overly lengthy - I had two interviews and a task. I was then asked to produce another task for a different role, and rejected for both the day later. It felt like they were trying to get to work for free.
Initial Phone interview with the director of marketing was scheduled via email shortly after applying for the role. The interview lasted just under 30 minutes and followed the usual interview process - a bit about the company and role, tell me about yourself, key marketing experience and skills etc.
