I applied online and then received an email from them saying they wanted to set up a phone interview. I scheduled a phone call and we talked about my career goals, my experience, and what the position entailed. Later in the week I received an email saying whether they wanted to move forward with my candidacy or not. If they wanted to move forward, a zoom interview was the next step.
