I had an initial interview to discuss the role, but most importantly salary. After discussing at length my experience and history, the interviewer went through a variety of questions which were really detailed. The the end of the discussion they finally revealed the salary, which was $75K lower than advertised. Disappointed that we wasted each others time.

Video interview, although I had relevant experience I believe the interviewer was slightly judgmental about career history, from the style of questions I could tell the interviewer already had made their mind up on going forward for another stage.

I applied for a job online, and was contacted two weeks later for a phone interview. I spoke with a third party recruiter who worked on behalf of The Knot out of their Texas office. It was a very basic call where they wanted me to outline my experience and talk about my goals.
