Applied on indeed and was called for phone interview and then set up for a face to face. Once I got there she had my resume pulled and asked about 12 questions and jotted my answer

It was a long interview with a tour and a moment to sit and observe a classroom. They asked about prior experiences and a few common questions also asked about my pay and availability.

How would you deal with a child hitting another child ?
Before meeting with the director, I was given with thick application with basic information to fill out plus, page length of scenarios to answer. The director was welcoming and friendly. She was open to take my availability into consideration.
