Interview
Very standard virtual interview, with various competency based questions. Comprised of a two step process, meeting both the Manager and Head of Department over two calls, one being your interview and the other a more informal conversation.
Disorganized and unprofessional are the words for this company’s hiring process.
I applied and the recruiter reached out to schedule a video call with the hiring managers. The day of the video call, the hiring managers did not show up to the virtual meeting. The recruiter or hiring managers did not communicated after the no show.
