Extremely easy and streamlined. Two phone calls with only behavioral questions to determine if I was a culture fit. At least you didn’t have to wait weeks to hear back from the company on whether they were interested in you or not.

Super easy and talked about college life for most of it. Very laid back and seemed more like a conversation than an interview. Talked about sports more than the role
