The Midcounties Co-operative interview questions

The interview process involved an initial telephone screening, a phone interview (with scenario-based questions) and then an in-person interview at the store. They asked similar questions to the online application.

Friendly and welcoming. Explained the role, gave me time to answer the questions. Could see children are important through the questions. Liked that I got to do a trial run as could see what it was like in the rooms with the children and staff too
