HR calls and asks some questions over the phone, sounds good feels normal and friendly then you show up for the actual interview. 5 minutes of sizing you up then saying HR will call you by Friday.

Very laid back interview when I interviewed. Mostly conversational, typical questions : "Tell me about yourself" and so forth. As long as you smile, are personable, enthusiastic and can speak well, you should get the job. But be careful what you wish for.
