Interview
Honestly, this was the best interview process I have gone through. Their HR person was amazing to deal with through the whole process. While I was interviewing at Morrison, I was also interviewing at another company that was completely disorganized. To be honest it really helped me shape my decision on which company I wanted to work for. The HR Manager was constantly keeping me updated on the process, and very friendly and kind the whole time. They really have an asset in her. I am very much looking forward to starting at the company and being part of their team.

Interview
I was referred in to the agency, and quickly got to work as a contractor. After a couple of weeks on the job I was asked to interview to join the agency in a full time capacity. Shortly thereafter I was offered a job.

Interview
Two phone interviews, four in person interviews and constant follow ups to find out more information. Should of recognized it for what it meant. Never got a clear picture of what hiring process should technically look like besides disorganized and haphazard. Good luck applicants... Maybe this is part of the reason we can get new people in the door!
