I applied online, heard back within a few days and was asked to submit a writing sample: 800 words on a tech stock you like. A week later I was contacted by email to set up a phone interview. Interview lasted 15 minutes and was just to get a sense if you would fit in at The Motley Fool and answer any questions you may have.
