The hiring process had 3 rounds. It was GD in first round followed by another round of GD again to filter candidates and the last one was the Personal Interview. A group of 3 interviewed me by shooting questions continuously. People who interviewed me were so polite and made me feel comfortable before even the interview began.

The questions were nothing related to the technical aspects and all about of how would one handle a situation in an organisation and basic organisational skills checking.

Good Process Flow and High officials interviewed .. All the Questions was based one the resume we give and more financial knowledge and sales knowledge is required .. you can crack through easily. Good pay also
