Phone interview first, then in-person interviews with six people consecutively. For each person I met with I was moved to a different room and asked the same questions. Yet they would never show me the agency's own work they did for clients.

Interview
I found the job posting on LinkedIn, applied for the job and heard back from HR Talent Acquisition quickly. We had a phone screen, then two months later I had a phone interview with the hiring managers. Then I had in-person interviews with seven members of their team two to three weeks following the phone interview.
