I applied online. I interviewed at The NoMad Hotel (New York, NY)
Interview
Responded to an ad posted for their Assistant Server positions they were hiring for. I received a quick response and was in for my interview in the next couple days. While the establishment is quite formal in its presentation, the Nomad Bar (where I interviewed), has a more casual feel. The GM sat down with me, went over my background and asked how my experience would lend to the position. We had a nice chat, a laugh or two, and I was hired on the spot.

Interview
Sat in the gorgeous lobby, took about 45min total to speak with 2 managers. The first manager was a pleasure to talk to, super easy going. The second manager was also a pleasure, but was not one for fluff, she was all business but still super nice.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at The NoMad Hotel (New York, NY) in Nov 2018
Interview
Amazing and interactive, lot of attention put into making you understand company culture and philosophy of the food. Amazing experience, sous chef’s were very welcoming and good at making the interview feel more natural and calm your nerves. They know how you feel walking I to a kitchen of this caliber so they put you at ease. Very organized and clean, the interview process is nothing like I’ve seen before.
