Virtual Interview, missing heads of school I was told would attend, interview started late but I understand the school day can be unpredictable. I felt it went really well and the conversation flowed. We talked about what would happen next and what I'd observe in the classroom during a visit. Unfortunately a week later I received an automated response that they weren't interested.
