Applied online, spoke to a middle aged lady who doesn't seem to know what designers actually do and it felt very lacklustre. She didn't seem to care much about hiring for the position, I got rejected 1 month after as she finally remembered I got interviewed for the role. Very unserious from start to finish maybe they need to think about whose hiring for the position rather than position itself.
