First you're asked to do recorder video answers to specific questions. Then you have a Zoom interview, then you go to a studio for a workout, then there is a final interview/job offer.

its has been 4 years since i applied and it was a group interview.
they talk about the company and the method a lot, and get into the pay later.
they are all very nice, and they are really looking for someone naturally positive, motivated, and willing to grow and be patient in the company
*** Be prepared when hired to agree to at least a year with the company, unless they fire you**
