Too informal Offered job on the spot which is a red flag. Misleading ads about earning potential. Very unprofessional interviewer, kept me waiting a half hour after the scheduled time with no explanation.
Filling out a 6 page questionnaire about your work ethic and relationship building after listening to a 2 hour TED talk on the Agency and then going in to fill our paperwork.
