First call from recruiter was pretty common, without any questions about skills. Then interview with Software Engineer through Karat. At this interview questions were about coding skills which weren’t mentioned in job description and it was completely wasting time for Interviewer and me. After two questions I realized that this position is not about that I am looking for and applied for. Pokémon needs to mention required skills in job description before posting.

Got a response back a few months after I applied. Was surprised they were still looking by that point. The intro interview took about an hour long. It was by far the most challenging first interview I have ever had. Questions I normally don't hear until the 3rd/4th interview. The second interview was technical skills. Forgot what online resource was used, but I had 1 hour to complete two questions. Questions I have never seen asked for the role. Wasn't able to answer the second question in time.
