Sat in waiting room with a dozen other interviewees. We were individually called to a first round one-on-one interview. I was immediately told that I would be a great fit, and they asked that I stick around for the next step. The next step was back in a group setting with all other interviewees as they told us about the company vaguely and talked about how much money they made. We then took some questionnaires, and while some people were cut at that point, most people got called into a second one-on-one meeting. I was then called that night with a job offer.
