they get about 6-8 people to gauge your communication skills, with a young guy giving a presentation, learnt at the end that despite having uncapped earnings it was all commision based

They use a combination of texts and emails to arrange a fairly simple interview over zoom where you will or won’t be asked to come down for an in person meeting.
