First, you have an interview with the head of HR which is pretty straightforward and introductory. After that, you are asked to complete a writing test which includes providing pitches and writing a story based on information provided. Then you will interview with someone from the team you'd be working on. This interview dives a bit deeper into your experience, process for reporting and overall understanding of the beat. After that, you have an interview with the Editor in Chief. This interview evaluates long-term career goals, what you'd bring to the company, etc.
